Not much...the hotel smelled of sewage the room were very small and needed much work doing to them..paid a lot of money will never go back was the worst place i have ever stayed in.
everything..it not up to health and safety standards charges way too much for what you get..breakfast was a joke rooms were disgusting not even fit for rats if you ask me.
The shape of the bedroom and the windows with balcony's really set the London City scene.
On arrival the reception area looked very dirty and I had a bad feeling about the room I would be staying in.
To stay in Tudor Inn was really a bad experience. The rooms have a very bad location (up or down stairs without elevator), just with beds inside and nothing else: only shelfs to be used as armchairs. Rust on the bathroom mirror and rooms not properly cleaned. If you want to leave your baggage in the hotel after the check out you've to pay (more than 2.00 pounds for each piece you leave).
I reallky advise against the booking of this hotel
Hotel is well situated right in the centre, Victoria Station is just about ten minutes by walk. If you are looking for a hotel for a few nights with good price, this is not bad choice, it just depends which room you will get.
It just depends which room you will get. We really didn´t have a luck with room, it was very tiny without warming heating, so there was really cold. Fortunately we got a small heating. A toilet looked like an air shaft, the walls were a bit dirty and it was the same with such a small shower. Our curtain was just black, it hasn´t been washed for a long time, we were disgusted to touch it! The dining room is really small as well, we had to wait quite long time to take a seat.
The location of the hotal was good as we wanted to be near central London and so we were able to walk to places of interest.. Our room was basic but provided all we needed and was clean.
The breakfast was supposed to be a continental breakfast. This was however only cereals and toast, not what is a true continental breakfast with clod meats and fruit whcih did not exist - this was the down side to our stay. We arrived early as we had a function to attend in central London and when we had requested to have our room early there had been no response but the hotel wanted to charge us £12.50 for this or the other option was to get changed in a tiny toilet area big enough for one person.
It's closeness to Vicoria Ssation
Very, very poor breakfast - 3 toasts for 2 people (!); very small room with old and dirty furniture, old blankets, carpets, curtains etc., not possible to open the window.
Apart from its central location there is nothing to like about this hotel.
1) Run-down look of the building from outside and run-down and dirty state of affairs inside the building (2) unfriendly staff (3) smelly and dusty room (4) very uncomfortable bed - springs jutted into every part of the body (5) no hot water, if it came it was enough to scald or burn you severely within a few seconds otherwise had to contend with cold shower
Close to Station. Other than the that very little. Carpets were dirty. Room was size of a cupboard .
Room tiny, bathroom was tiny like a porta loo. Carpets were filthy.
Good location, at a walking distance from Victoria station
The room wasn't clean, the chair was broken and the bathroom was too small
The hotel needs to be completely refurbished - filthy carpets, scuffed walls, TV remote without back cover, TV wall stand used for clothes hangers, as it does not have cupboards, advertised wifi which does not work, etc. Bathroom is effectively a "portacabin" in the room where you can barely stand in the shower which touching the wall on one side and the toilet on the other! Consequently, toilet paper was all soiled from the steam. Avoided breakfast as on the basis of the rest of the place. This place is awful and one to avoid.
The hotel rooms were dated and the bathroom smelt of damp. The carpets were threadbare, not only in the rooms but throughout the hotel. The appearance was generally shabby with marks on the walls. Apart from the excellent location there was not much to recommend this hotel.
location is very good, breakfast is ok, clean and nothing more.
very local to Victoria station Most staff (Not all) were helpful
2 double beds squeezed into box-room (photo showed a spacious room with double beds side by side-foot to foot no walking space - I feel this wasn't the room we booked originally as the B&B was full to bursting - there was no space for us to sit at breakfast and we had to just stand and wait without an apology or explanation, no plug in smallest ever sink no sanitary bin in the bathroom for Ladies cracks from roof to floor behind bedroom door which was a few inches too wide for door frame and wouldn't close- however there was an outer locking door, damp, and nose fluids on walls and furniture, no fridge, toilet rolls were so badly stained we had to go and buy more, one very thin pillow per person and there was no fridge for milk for the tea. Staff were asked for a sink plug, response, "I have no plug" however when we asked for the pillows the next day we got four more.
The hotel is the worst l have ever stayed at and l would not stay there again. The level of clening is very low, carpet filty, bathroom dirty, broken shower, unaceptable. The breakfast is very poor, only toast and one type of cereal. The breakfast room is very small. I would never stay there again.
